
Monday Morning Yoga & Meditation

We will start with Yoga postures and breathing excersices to open and relax the physical body. We end our class with deep relaxation to tap into the sense of our interconnectedness with all of life – this is a pathway to let go of our worries and pains and see things in a new light.
